We’ll arrange a convenient pickup time once you’re done with your rental. For all orders, pickups are scheduled at a time that works for you. Simply let us know when you’re ready!

What if I need to extend my rental?

No problem! If you need more time, just contact us. We’ll help extend your rental period, so you can take the stress out of your move.

What happens on my delivery day?

On your delivery day, we’ll bring your containers to the location you’ve specified. Everything will be ready to go—no assembly needed. If you’ve selected a specific delivery time, we’ll make sure we’re there right on schedule.

What if I am outside of the delivery service area?

Currently, we serve a 20-mile radius around Columbia, SC. If you’re outside this area, please reach out to discuss possible solutions or adjustments for your move.

What are the dimensions of the boxes?

Our containers are designed for maximum convenience. They are 27″ wide x 17″ deep x 12″ tall. Contact us for more details on the sizes available for your specific needs!

How many boxes do I need?

The number of boxes you need depends on the size of your home and how much you’re moving. For a 3-bedroom house, we typically recommend 55 of our large boxes. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out, and we’ll help you plan.

Can I expect clean Palmetto Pack & Stack equipment when delivered?

Yes! We take pride in providing clean, well-maintained containers for every rental. When we deliver your boxes, you can count on them to be in excellent condition.

What if I damage my Palmetto Pack & Stack container or other equipment?

We understand accidents happen! If you damage a container, simply let us know. We’ll discuss the next steps and assess any charges if needed, based on the extent of the damage.

When am I charged for my order?

You will be charged at the time of booking your rental. Once your payment is processed, we’ll confirm your order and set up your delivery date.
